The Nizam

The Nizam, inspired by a Marcks & Co. pocket watch once owned by a noble family of Hyderabad, features a rich emerald-green dial framed in a gold-plated case. A tribute to the opulence and grace of India’s royal courts, reimagined for today.

Case Execution:

The case is made from 316L gold plated stainless steel with various finishings.  The caseback is a screw down exhibition back revealing the Sellita SW260-1, adorned to the highest decoration with perlage and blued screws. Crowned by our custom gold plated rotor engraved with Indian mandala patterns. 

Movement:

Swiss-Made Sellita SW260-1 Movement, with small seconds at the 6:00 position and a power reserve of 38 hours. 31 jewels and 28,800 beats per hour. This watch movement is an automatic movement with a self winding mechanism.

Dial Execution:

The dial is a rich green tone, sunray brushed with an azzurage finish along the railway and the small seconds subdial. The numerals are double printed with gold powder for excellent legibility and depth.
